(July 12, 2012) -- The Congaree Vista Guild, a non-profit, membership-based organization comprising a wide variety of restaurateurs, shop, business and gallery owners and homeowners in the Vista, welcomes several new developments to the neighborhood, including a Vista Marketplace, a weekly farmer’s market under the Lincoln Street canopy in front of Blue Marlin.
Hundreds of bicyclists, and a few walkers, waited a short while in blazing heat Saturday for the opening of Phase 1 of the Vista Greenway – a new bike and pedestrian path that, when finished, will connect the Vista with other parts of Columbia.
